Pipestone National Monument
Come and visit Pipestone National Monument where you can learn more about the process of pipestone quarrying and even try it yourself. These fascinating traditions originating from American Indians still live on in Pipestone, Minnesota, and for many people the grounds are considered sacred. You’ll have the opportunity to see the beautiful wildlife such as red tailed hawks, deer, snapping turtles, monarch butterflies, and so much more.
